yoga helps in reducing weight but if you stop doing yoga you will become more fatty thats why i suggest just do 'wrist walk' because all other activities like aerobics, gymn etc. helps you in reducing weight but once you stop doing it you will become more fatty then you were before

Here are specific asanas for weight reduction.
1) Dwipad Uttanasana
2) Dwipad Pawanmukthasana
3) UrdhwapadHasthasana
4) Naukhasana or Dhanurasana
5) Ardha Matsyendrasana or Vakrasana
6) Kati Chakrasana

Along with above six asanas doing Nauli would be most idle but
it is not within everyone's reach and certainly not of those who
are obese therefore the next best alternative is do
Udhiyana bandh and Agni Sara. Ofcourse it is needless to say
asanas accompanied by sensible eating will go a long way in
achieving faster results.

Asanas do have good results but they should be done with care and concentration and in supervision of a good teacher.
