we find peopel using and answring phones every where and every where /anytime though it is not an emergency.

the calls/ the ring tones/the talk etc all these at times cause a lot of inconvenience/disturbance to others though unintentionally?

shouldn't there be a regulation for 'no (mobile )phone zones ' similar to no parking zones?

I fully agree with you. But there are no mobile phone zones...

Mainly in any hospital it is almost a rule... Surprisingly i found this out recently that courthouses usually share the rule. not even in the courtroom but the entire building. Airplanes are another great example. Although the signals have a low probability of interfering with the equipment it would be rude to have some guy talking for an hour flight...

But i also agree. there should be those zones

we shouldn't control the signal because in case emergency that will be fatal but we can make rule ring to vibrate or don't speak too loud, etc.

why,if people dont like it they should move,a phone is no different to talk someone face to face.of course places like cinemas and that kind of thing comes down to common sense and manners,so no.
