yes, i was arested for a illegal knife.. in my expeirence and knowledge, it really depends what county and what kind of weapon u are arested in. I'm from san francisco, CA. and you kno what that means ( full of croooked cops).. so when i was in the for the knife, I was left off easily. THe whole ase got dropped. nothing happen except a little jail time, and court time wasted.
