Recently my fiancee and I were kicked out of food city for ''Criminal Trespassing''. They wouldnt tell us why they were banning us. I think my fiancee's ex girlfriend, who works there, told her manager that we made her feel ''unsafe''. for whatever reason. I was unaware that when I shopped I made other people feel unsafe.

Unfortunately, private businesses on private property have the right to refuse service to anyone and remove anyone they wish from their premises. No, it's not fair if you didn't do anything but make an ex-girlfriend jealous, which is what it sounds like. But, legally they are allowed to do what they did. Just remember, since you were given a trespass warning, they can have your arrested if you go back. Not worth it.

Just go somewhere else and shop.. yes if she felt intimidated then yes they can ban you. but if you have not done anything and be honest, if this is the only store that is convenient then talk to the manager about the situation if this girl is truly doing this out of spite.
