hiya your menu sounds lovely i went out 4 a meal i had carrot and corriander soup 2 star and my b.friend had haddock fishcakes and 4 my main i had pesto and lime crust with cod and a big salad am on a diet ya see and was really proud of myself 4 not ordering the steak like my boyfriend mine was lovely and i didnt have 2 do the dishes so thats a bonus

King prawns in chilli and garlic with some nice fresh bread to start. Beef wellington with new potatoes, asaparagus and fresh peas for main course. Sticky gooey chocolate sponge for pud, and a bottle of bubbly.

I cooked stuffed peppers with couscous, lemon juice, coriander, cheery tomatoes and chopped pine nuts on a bed off spinach and rocket with balsamic vinegar dressing and then for desert strawberry cheesecake with fresh strawberry's.

Massive amounts of brownie points for me, and my new vegetarian girlfriend thinks I am the best!

Husband did a BBQ. Then when the kids went to bed, we got stuck into a Black Forrest Cake that I had made for dessert.
Heavenly.

But I dont know now, yours sounds gorgeous.

Chicken Fried Steak, fried potatoes w/onions, green beans w/bacon and some milk gravy and ice tea w/lemon. But I am from down South. Your dinner sounds delicious and very French,compared to mine.

Your dinner sounds great. My hubby took me and daughter out to eat at a local Mexican Restaurant. I had a chicken taco salad, my favorite there.

I cooked a steak and kidney pie with boiled potatoes, carrots, runner beans and cauliflower.
Did the trick.
