no they are not the grandparents of Jesus Christ. Mary was used as the vessel for Jesus to come into the human world, just like a surrogate mother.

None, they were his grandparents on his mother's side and God was His father. They are not related to God. lol

Mary's parents were Eliakim (or Heli, Joakim) and Anna. Unfortunately, they died several years before Jesus was born.
