Not seeing results after doing "loads of exercise"? How are your eating habits? Are you lifting weights? You can't eat/drink protein to tone up. Although you need a little protein save it for after a good workout . You need a good balance of cardio, weights and healthy food. Make sure you never get bored with your workout, mix is up all the time, always focus on pushing yourself to the next level.

The protein suppliment will not help you lose weight at all and the protein suppliment should be used in conjunction with heavy exercise as it is mainly used for the reproducing of stronger and healthier muscles. You may want to try a pure protein diet.. ie a meat diet.. stay away from carbs is the only rule and i guarantee you'll lose weight

All the exercise in the world may not help you lose very much fat unless you also pay close attention to diet. Protein supplements are intended as a boost for people who already eat well but can't seem to get enough protein in their diet. They will not on their own help you to tone up.

yes yes protein supplement is a magic pill which can "tone up"...
if you don't understand the word supplement here you go from dictionary.com
supplement
5.to complete, add to, or extend by a supplement.
6.to form a supplement or addition to.
7.to supply (a deficiency)
no amount of supplement can tone you up if you are not following good diet and exercise plan...
if you are not losing weight then check your plans...

ok, ignoring the spouse/female chum subject difficulty, in case you p.c. to shed weight you need to not be taking protein supplementations as they are especially for physique builders who p.c. to 'buff' up, which isn't appropriate in case you p.c. to shed weight as except you're determining incredibly perplexing with weights, will basically turn to fat besides, women human beings can no longer get huge muscle tissues as they have not got any testosterone of their bodies (the ladies human beings bodybuilders take hormones to get muscle tissues), so protein supplementations are no longer a sturdy theory
