I've read where the new method in developing countries by medics for victims of malnutrition and diahrea is to feed them chili and rice.
I'm not kidding, steamed brown rice, some tomato paste, and a bit of meat replentishes the missing nutrients they need, while providing the proper bowel movement, etc.
It is considered, in it's balance, to be "Macrobiotic" or Oriental in nature.
Have you considered Green Tea, for its tannic, water retentive properties?
Have you checked out the herbal sites for such remedies?
Hope that helps.

Go Home and start drinking Pete-u light all day until you have drink the whole bottle. then the next day start all over again. And the follow day the same. This will help with the diarrhea, and put fluids back in your body. I have gotten like you are now,and i always take Pete-u light, and it helps and i feel a lot better. First off you want to make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids and you may try eating dairy foods like cheese. Cheese and any foods that are sticky usually cause the stool to become hard and sticky. They also have over the counter medications used for diarrhea, you might try some of those. But you really need to see a doctor and may need to reveiw your medication and run some test.

Your best bet is a doctor. This sounds pretty serious and i wouldnt want to give the wrong advice. Your body wont be able to cope with not having the right nutrients, water etc for very long so i vote you go to the doctor asap to get something sorted before you start to get really seriously ill. Take care

You ought to be in daily communication with your physician.
Find foods that are easy to digest that contain nutrients. I had a problem with diarrhea some years ago and was advised to stick to Sprite, melba toast, broth soup, water and things that are easily digested. Don't overmedicate, but if the doctor can offer anything that will help (lomotil?) take it on his or her advice and direction.
That's a long time. Hope you get better soon.

There are some anti-diarrhoeal medications that might help you: lomotil and the like.
Have a chat with your pharmacist.
