I need reccomand on dating, like
What should I dress, hairs, topics, etc??? please help.

be yourself.
dont over dress. wear something comfortable for the setting...
be comfortable
make sure you have some non-intrusive questions to ask your date about that shows you are interested in getting to know him/her.
things like, where did you grow up, are you into sports,
conversation starters like.
seen any good movies lately, i saw X a few weeks ago and it was ... great/not what i was expecting etc...
at the end of the date, if you asked them out, you should offer to pay, if they asked you out, you should offer to "split it"
dont try to hard, it will make you uncomfortable and possibly your date as well...
just be yourself.

Dress the way you feel comfortable, have your hair done as you like, speak about topics you have something interesting to talk about but above all: be honest and sincere.
If the other party is interested in what they see, they will go on. If not, it's better to stop it here and not later, when you may be sentimentally involved...

Ok do not talk with your mouth full, eat slow, eat small bits, talk about the weather, say how nice the other looks, you like this place they have nice taste, dress nice, not like a ho, hair down so you can flip it and flirt, don't smoke unless the other does, have fun.

dress classy like a lady and ask him a lot of questions about himself. Guys love to talk about themselves and like to think a woman is interested in the things they like

Dress to impress, Hairstyle normal dont wanna look 2 anxious, talk about wats going on in your life and ask him/her about wats going on in theirs

ask questions about her so you seem interested. compliment her. be a gentleman, and try not to eat like a pig, stay calm and i recommend dressing casual.
