I was having the same problem, so I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have since found it in 2 stores. It is across from the deli in the fresh/specialty cheese section. I find it grated in a cottage cheese like container. Best of luck.
PS Are you a Rachel Ray fan too?

Every store has this cheese, Hun. Just look for Parmesan cheese, it is the very same thing. You don't need the whole name. They, ANY STORE, sells it fresh, or dried. Look in the cheese section of your local grocery store. I am not laughing at you, just having fun with you. I thank you though for asking this question, you needed to know, and were unafraid. Good on you!

I find it in most supermarkets easily enough, but you have to look in the deli section - not the generic cheese/milk/eggs section.
Ask at the deli counter if you don't see it.
