I have never heard of those symptoms for heart or kidneys as far as the chest it may be gas pains. the pain in your hand could be arthritis, but if you keep on experiencing chest pains it is always wise to have it checked out by a doctor, you never know holding too much water may be a strain on your heart. it is in your best interest to get it checked out.

Wow, well i think you should see a doctor. Light chest pains and pain in the arm are signs of a minor heart attack. If you don't check yourself, it will gradually turn into something a little more dangerous, and you can suffer a stroke or major heart attack. IF you dont drink enough water, you should try drinking more water and cranberry juice. Cranberry juice is known to be good for urine or kidney infection. Are you under stress? That could also be a cause of your pain in the arm or chest, and honestly it's not a good sign. So please go see your doctor as soon as possible. That is your best bet.

Have it checked out.
It could be with high blood pressure, a pinched nerve in your neck (which ain't major), or worse. If you have that kind of feeling in your right body but your left face and/or eye and/or headaches, you could be marching right into Stroke City. Which is linked to high blood pressure which is linked to thick blood.... Water retention, as in high salt intake?
Even heart attacks can have that as symptoms. You can have many minor ones before a real one.
Your kidneys would hurt if it was them before your chest and hand would.
Take an aspirin as a blood thinner, can't hurt.
And then go see your doc.
The worst he can do is make you, or your wallet, loose a lot of weight.

You can get muscle cramps when you don't drink enough water, but with chest pain, you should call a doctor. It's better to be safe then sorry.
