i recently got two MIP's.?

Question

one for alcohol, and one for tabacco.
now, i know for a fact i'll get community service.
but, how many of you think i'll get probation?
half the people i know, say yes. the other half, say no.
i live in michigan.

i'm sorry that i came here to ask a question, yet i get people putting me down for my mistakes. it's not like i got a dui or anything.

Perhaps juvenile probation, six months max if you behave. My concern would be the fact that you may loose your license or not be allowed to get it for a number of years. As a juvenile the courts have dozens of options available to you. I wouldn't stress on it too much other than the license issue.

there is no longer something you may do yet. pass to the courthouse and discover the commonplace public Defender's place of work. he will characterize you for for loose. in case you've been in possession of weed, you receives a great and a criminal record.

I hope you don't get probation. They should put you away until you learn how to be a responsible person. With tobacco your hurting no one but yourself. With alcohol you could be hurting (or killing) others. GROW UP!!!

There are different types of probation. You probably get the type that you don't even know exists unless your lame enough to get caught again.

It depends. How are your grades if you get decent grades that may prevent you from getting probation. It shows that you are smart but make ocasional stupid decisions. If you have bad grades it shows you are dumb and thus make dumb decisions.
