This is more of a fun opinion poll than simply a question. I'm curious - what would you rank as being the best healthy food to eat? As in the food that gives you as many of the ingredients that you determine necessary for a healthy lifestyle. Conversely, which food is the very worst? Please don't just say "McDonald's Food" give an actual name (like, in this case, the name of an actual burger).

The best food all around- Salad w/ dark leafy greens, sprouts, nut, and mandarin orange slices. Add a little tiny bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, toss, fridge for like 10 minutes- retoss- eat- be happy.
The best single food- probably some kind of fruit like a banana.
The worst single food- those lttle furry twinky looking things. Afriend left one in my car, and when I found it months later, there was no decay, but I could have carved a nice pair of clogs from them. That just can't be good for a person to eat.
The worst amalgamation of things that are bad for you- Jack in the Box Sourdough burger. 50 some odd grams of fat, high 700's for calories. I believe it involves a couple of processed cheeses, bacon, mayonnaise, and a big fat greasy hamburger patty . Sounds bad right ? but wait there's more- They take all of this and place it between 2 super thick layers of sourdough bread, drench those in oil, and then grill the outside of the bread.

The best foods are nutrient dense superfoods like blue green algae (spirulina) and barley grass. They are in greens supplements which contain the healthiest foods. To see the ones that different companies pick, see the site below and read the ingredients of these different greens drinks.

Unhealthiest would be candy with mostly sugar or corn syrup, bacon and very prcessed foods like donuts with trans fats and also ice cream.

Healthy: clean water [ok, it isn't actually a food, but water is awfully good for you and assuming it doesn't have a lot of impurities is about as unharmful as anything can get]

Unhealthy: deep fat fried lard rolled in salt then coated in frosting
