I worked for a car dealership, and was in an accident and ended up getting a dui, is the insurance responsible for medical bills, or any other coverage, because they say their not and I have over $50,000 in bills.

There is more to this story than what you are telling us. Give us more details as there are some exclusions under the policy for someone in the auto business. Were you in one of your own vehicles. Were you in a customers vehicle or a dealerships vehicle? Were you on work time?

If you were under the influence when you were driving, they probably will not cover it. There's probably something in the fine print explaining this. I would get a copy of your agreement and take it to a lawyer to have them go over it with you.

Read the policy, can't tell from this little description. What about Workers Comp?
