I like the name, but I think they won't let you open a restaurant unless you know how to spell the word restaurant.

There's already a Ninja restaurant, but maybe you can steal some of their flare. The youtube link below is a video from the restaurant. The restaurant's website is http://www.ninjanewyork.com.
I'd go for Samurai Sushi or Bone-In Ronin Steak.

You can decorate each sitting area with an element as a room theme:
1. Wind-smoking section
2. Water...have a small waterfall, or stream or something running
