I would recommend that you uninstall the software, reboot your computer, then reinstall the software. Most of the time this will solve the problem. If it does not, repost for more answers

sorry i dont be conscious of.....kodak basic share is an rather difficult application nonetheless...i in simple terms plug my memory card right into a deleted products retreiver and get them that way(it works the comparable as amemory stick or usb.......good luck...
