Gotta be intelligence, humour, confidence then looks. Looks only last so long...but intelligence will last forever.

Out of all that you mentioned, I would have to go with all with the exception of confidence, to a certain degree and why didn't you mention Love
Looks grow old, intelligence is a act, humor is a pretense, and confidence is too much of a challenge, but Love will conquer al.
But let us not forget honesty virtue and character, just to mention a few of the things I search for in a woman

A love of physical exercise, and smiling.
I've never met an undesirable woman with these qualities, they go hand-in-hand with hot babes who are fun to hang out with.
Even if the woman is not that great looking, intelligent, humorous or confident, the physical exercise part makes them better in bed anyway, and the smiling part is comforting when you've had a crap day and need a friend.

what i value in women is what is most compatible with me. you have to really think about what makes you happy and what makes you go insane. if you meet a girl that makes you happy most of the time, then why not?
the things that you should value the most in a woman are what you value the most for yourself. for instance if you're a creative person who loves to paint or compose music, find someone who is willing to inspire and challenge that talent of yours. if you like to go out and have a good time, find someone that is as outgoing as you are and enjoys the party life.
for me, i believe looks is what hooks you, but without intelligence, humor and confidence, the looks start to wear away on you and you become miserable.

personall it depends on what im out on the prowl for. when it's game time... Looks. something serious intelligence and confidence. looks and humor comes second

I love my wife for being able to laugh at herself, caring and very consideration on others, and most of all, stand by my side of all my ups and downs. This has got to be her intelligence.
