Intelligence mostly....as long as he is at least average looking. Guys often get better looking after I get to know them. And of course he must have a sense of humor.
As far as money, I don't care at all. I would rather have a boyfriend who treats me well and can have fun that one who is rich, but uptight.

a million. personality 2. humor 3. intelligence 4. self assurance 5. looks 6. seriousness 7. wealth ok. For me, personality is the most important and what initially attracts me to a guy. And, personality also occurs to embody an effective humorousness, which isn't plausible without intelligence. self assurance is eye-catching because it helps make me experience more beneficial positive understanding that he feels solid in his epidermis. looks follows because there must be some type of tangible appeal. i love to giggle and cost a humorousness, yet i'd also want a guy to be in a position to particular a extreme aspect to boot because too a lot humor can make a relationship look like a shaggy dog tale. And ultimately, wealth is the least one which I cost, because i imagine that it will basically take position if the guy's personality, humor, and intelligence are on aspect. So, really, i imagine they are all appropriate. 25 y/o

Honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, confidence, good sense of humor, looks help but aren't that important.

Without intelligence, a man's humor will annoy me and his confidence will seem undeserved and egotistical....and no matter how good he looks, if he can't use his noggin he wont look good to me.

Sincerity and Faithfulness....i`ve been very hurt and i think that these things such as looks,confidence....will be secondary for me....because if a guy doesnot have sincerity, faithfulness, transparency,.... looks will be worthless compared to the inner self of the person...

I guess, it boils down to chemistry. Seriously though, looks matter the least to us ladies generally. I would say SECURITY and HUMOUR..
