Why does he think people are gonna fall for his delusional rhetoric again this time? We saw the nature of this beast 4 years ago at the U.N., with his so-called, "justification-for-an-Iraq-war" speech. Something is seriously malfunctioning in his brain.
And If this were the case, that "Iran is the 'source' of terrorism", then shouldn't he have saved himself a headache by skipping Iraq, and going straight for Iran? The Iraq war is just a vain, and pointless waste of time... money... and lives.

He's trying to win people over with his fake optimism.
BTW, for those of you that asked, I posted this here because people "religious" support for him. And the fact that I consider the middle east to be the root of all religious evil.

Eds: I don't need your hill-billy Bible sermons. People like you are so stuck on Bush, that you'd LITERALLY wipe his *** if he told you that it'd "end" terrorism. Silly gullible drone.

OK, it's not that I don't view Iran as a possible threat. Granted. Iran is a threat. I'm not blind. But, my sole problem with Bush is that he shoots first, and asks questions later -- hence the Iraq war. He jumps the gun. He views all countries as "guilty, until proven innocent".

Iran may indeed be supplying weapons to Iraqi insurgents but the U.S. military doesn't seem convinced. The Bush administration's credibility is so tarnished that few people are willing to take their word for anything. And if they make war against Iran weapons will be smuggled in from somewhere else. The Iraq war is a bungled attempt at empire building disguised as a war on terrorism. It's very sad and very expensive but the administration has painted themselves into a corner and they don't have a clue what to do so their policy is to do more of the same until they pass the baton and let the next administration worry about it.

Simple. The US has alternate plans for taking Iran into control. Going to Iraq was necessary for several reasons:
1.Have physical presence in a place close to Iran
2.Accuse Iran of creating insurgency in Iraq and hence blaming Iran for patronizing terrorism.
3.Create divide and rule opportunity, by patronizing the Shitte people in Iraq and creating fear in the Sunni dominated Arab world.
4.Have control of vast oil resource in Iraq.
5.Have the US army busy with war at a foreign land and hence divert attention of the US people from problems at home.
6.Have a base in the heart of middle east to be able to terrorize Syria and other not-so-friendly countries groups.
It does not matter whether Iraq attack was justified or not, MIGHT IS RIGHT!

Iran has been a state sponser for terrorism since the 1970's. They send arms and money to groups like Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, etc. This is not something new.
If Iranian weapons are being found in areas where they can do US troops harm, then what is the right course of action? I believe preventing them from doing this is the only obvious choice. Do we prevent it now? OR do we lose soldiers later?

The biggest, and maybe worst, result of how Bush bungled Iraq is that the US is now the nation that cried wolf.
Bush, and because of him the US, have little credibility in condemning a weapons program, or support of terrorism, right now.
The problem here is that Iran really is a wolf.
Iran really is trying to develop Nukes, Iran really does sell weapons to nations like N. Korea, and Iran really does back international terrorism.
This is a nation that attacked our embassy. Don't forget who you are dealing with.
It was Iran that should have been a target from the beginning.
By the way, Iraq will become another Iran...they have the same cultural majorities.
Congratulations Mr. Bush.

Well, he's doing this because, yes, he does expect people to fall for his rhetoric again. but they won't probably. The sad fact is, he isn't lying this time. As the insurgency in Iraq is getting lots of support from Iran, and Hizbullah in Lebanon openly admits that it got money and weapons from Iran. But because Bush played the boy who cried wolf, and lied to the world many many times, no one will listen to him.

Why is Bush now spouting off rhetoric about how "Iran" is now the "source" of terrorism?
American have tendency to believe everything in the national interest.

Bush has been spoiling for a war with Iran for a long time. He will use his religious right-wing minions to accomplish this goal, if given the chance.
And that's what this has to do with R&S.

I don't think this question is in the wrong category.
You see Bush had given a speech that Islam is a peaceful religion and abhors violence and terrorism but in another he said america is on a "crusade".
BUSH IS THE BIGGEST HYPOCRITICAL US PRESIDENT THAT EVER LIVE.
This means he is trying to destroy the muslim nation one by one.

yeah this question is in the wrong category, that aside, Iran has shown themselves to be problematic. for example in an interview with Diane Sawyer (sp?) their president (forgot his name) told her that the violence wouldn't stop in Iraq until all foreign forces left. theres proof that Iran is producing the rpg's the terrorists in iraq are using. iran's president claims that the holocaust never happened, and in general isn't being very nice. not to mention they aren't far away from producing nuclear weapons.
