I wouldn't, but I think he is too much of a politician, so I don't like him. The way he convienantly flip flopped on abortion, I dont think he can be trusted. But, would his religion cause you not to vote for him?

Nope, I would not give a hoot if he believed in purple people eaters. What matters to me is how a candidate stands on the issues facing our country. I don't care if the candidate is Democrat or Republican either.

No, I'm not afraid of Mormons. I'm old enough to remember when people asked the same question about John F Kennedy. He was the first Catholic president and some people were afraid he'd be a servant of the Vatican. He wasn't. What the U.S. needs is a competent president, especially after all the damage that blithering idiot Bush has inflicted on the country, and I don't care if he or she worships the Great Pumpkin. If fact the less said about religion the better. We don't need more politicians pandering for religious votes.

I can't think of one good reason to vote for him. Every decent piece of legislation he had anything to do with while governor he now denies or denounces. The only bright spot is he has absolutely zero chance of getting the nomination. Draft AL. Re-elect Gore in '08. Gore/Obama '08

I would vote against Romney because he's a Republican. But I also think he's slippery and opportunistic. It will be hard to find a politician who doesn't have those characteristics.

No.... I won't vote for Romney because he represents things I do not agree with in terms of women's rights and other issues. I could give a shiite if he's mormon.

Yes. Because his religious beliefs would influence his decisions. I am a lesbian. I dont care about gay marriage, but I do want equal rights. I do not want someone in office who is going to deny me equal rights because of their religious beliefs.

I won't vote for Romney because he doesn't support any of the positions I support. I'm sure that some of the reasons he doesn;t support many of my positions are because he's a mormon, so indirectly.....yes.
