Do you live in the same town? Did you talk to her? The next time you see her, say HI! Ask her how she is. Ask her where she is working, or just starta general conversation with her. After awhile, maybe you can ask her if she wants to go have coffee.
Let me tell you a short story:
There was a guy that I was friends with in high school. I began to have feelings for him, but didn't think he liked me, so I didn't do anything about it. Years later, he met a friend of mine and they started dating. He told her that when we were in high school, we were friends & HE had a crush on ME, but didn't say anything because he didn't think I felt the same way.
I'm not saying you should right away act on your feelings, but you never know - she may have a crush on you too!
