Very few ask good questions.

The best and the worst answers come from the US.

I'm British; we give almost as many bad answers as the Americans and fewer good ones.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kelly C above is right about Canada.

I don't really pay much attention to where people are asking from, so I wouldn't know. I can't imagine really why the country would make that much difference in how good the question would be.
