If Christians and Muslims so firmly believe that they have the religious and spirituality, why do they bother coming here, among people who cannot possibly answer their questions, seeing as how they are not all Christians or Muslims?

Your question/accusation is a little fuzzy there. Christians certainly have the truth in Jesus Christ. I'm not arguing that.
Why does anyone bother going anywhere they want at Yahoo? Why is that anyone else's business? I have things in common with all of humanity whether I agree with false religions or not. I agree with modest clothing which Muslims also wear.
Why can't you answer questions about things you don't know? It's a learning process to just go look up the answer from someone who DOES know.
Also, don't know what you are basing this assumption on but there's a much broader spectrum here than Christians/Muslims representing their beliefs firmly. They are welcome as anybody to share their beliefs. We do agree on Moses also by the way! How did I learn what we did agree upon? By sharing beliefs and even by disagreeing in that process. Try it! You just might learn something at Yahoo Answers. We don't need you to referee us but be a team player!

The same reason atheists come here: to talk about religion and ideas with people who have other opinions. There's nothing wrong with that.

We come here for the same reason that you do. We take a position or a viewpoint and try to defend it. We are all here in a sense to provoke and to challenge and be challenged.
