First of all you need to ask question in an appropriate manner. You have asked question in a wrong way. You need an employee and not a friend because you want hire a translator to promote your products hence she has to be your employee. There are plenty of Chinese people available for this job. Chinese people speak and learn english as a language these days. For that you have to communicate with official translator agency in china as it is a licensed business there. And if you wish to try cheaper means of finding one, try various messengers and you will find many contacting you. They are really trying hard these days and are enthusiatics.

there are all kinds of websites for there.
there are lots of young women in china who are willing to prostitute themselves to western men. they call themselves "personal assistants" but they are really prostitutes.
i do not condone this behavior.
