I know i am capable of so much more and i take low end jobs and i don't drive either! i am so mad and depressed cause i have no idea where i am going and don't know why i stay where i am at! i am miserable.

ladymissv, first is understanding why you are getting them. talk therapy and possible meds. dont take xanax please. try klonopin if you talk to a Dr. this is not the answer however/ say to yours/ if i don't mind it doesn't matter! the symptoms is what are bothersome. Ive been there and I'm a nurse.this can run in family or strike at any time. anything different in your life the past 2-3 months? jot everything down and take it to your Dr. i liked the mans answer about being with him as it was cute. however, its not that simple. pen pals with him may help you forget some of your anxiety as to take your mind off things. sometimes anxiety goes away with proper treatment. have you heard of Lucinda basset?? www.Lucinda basset.com attacking anxiety. the tapes are great and work or your money back. meds for awhile i feel you may need while talking out your problems. meds don't have to last forever. some antidepressants may help as well. please consider not suffering when you do not have to. anxiety is like diabetes's its a illness that needs to be treated. Baby steps, get a meditation cd, find a quiet dark room and listen, meditation has really helped me with pain,and anxiety, the goal is to get your heart-rate down, and get your breathing from fast. to slow and shallow. relieving anxiety, it is too easy to get pills for it, you can get through this without meds, if not you can try meds next, you can probably download meditation cd's too.
As for the first post about thesecret.tv I ordered it haven't watched it yet but it is supposed to be awesome.
Think positive you will get through sweetie, everybody goes through a phase like this, you just have to dig yourself out , don't look at the big picture, ask yourself what can I do today to make my life better, and don't focus on the past, you can't do anything about that, only today!!!!

If you look as good as your picture give me a call then. You know the adage of "Birds of a feather, flock together." Well if we get together it will be "Birds of what feathers, flock whenever." lol Excuse me. I have a bad cents of humor.

Basically, you need to focus in life on one thing at a time. Look at yourself and look at your friends. Seems like you might be a follower, someone that your friends depend on like lend me this, could you do this for me and of course you can not say no. Not bad, but like everything in life you gotta learn sometime. Sometimes for anxiety attacks you need to take pills, I know, but they help so you can focus on problems at hand instead of the attacks.

hey there ~ try moderate exercise such as light jogging or walking.
Also, while walking breath deeply to initiate mediative effect. Mediation may help you gain direction, as it did for me.

Go see a mental health professional and ask for medication so they can prescribe xanax. Im sorry u feel that way, I hope u feel better. I know whats its like to feel that because I feel that way myself too sometimes.

i used to get them and decided i would fight back with out drugs and doctors i would just start to recognize when they would start i would say to my self bring it on body . if its a fight you want you got it !nothing to fear but fear its self you know and and i stopped having them for the most part every great once in awhile one will start and i hype myself out for it and as quickly as it started it goes away it worked for me do whats right for you
