Moreover the real question is why would he want to. Secondly no, he shouldn't be having sex until marriage. If he cannot support himself indepently then he cannot support potential children, which believe it or not happen on birth control with a condom.

Parents rules of what they allow or not allow under their roof.

Myself, I am allowed to as an 21 year old adult who will be getting married.

Not many young adults will discuss such issue's with their parents; however, I am the small percent that did.

My mom said she didn't like it (I am the youngest and it was hard for her to "let me go"). Which was a lot of the reason why she didn't like it. She knows I know consequences and knows I am educated.

I am respectful about it and so is my fiance.

I do know a lot of parents who don't allow it and the young adults still do it anyways secretly. I think doing it secretly is disrespectful and parents have the right to say none or get out.

No, that is his PARENTS home they are the ones paying the mortgage they have every right to set the rules. If the 18 year old wants to have sex at home let the 18 year old get a job and move out to his own place.

If he lives at home and that's one of his parents' rules, that's just something he has to deal with, or move out of the house. It can be done of course, but if he gets caught he, and possibly the girl, will have to face their reaction.
I don't know that any parent has ever been successful, at least not in the past few decades where parents tend to be absent most of the time, at enforcing a no-sex-in-the-house rule.

Well the thought seems disrespectful to the parents but I would think it would be okay for him to have sex at home. If parents tell their children not to do it at home, they will just do it somewhere else. (I don't like that idea...)

When my child eventually becomes sexually active, I would be happier knowing it is done in our house rather than in the back of a car, a park restroom or somewhere worse.

Hell No! I have an 18 year old and he is my 3 oldest of five. The rules are easy no sex in my home unless you are married. It is my house. I have set my rules. I understand that he is older, but he still lives in my home!

uh, NO.

Is he married and his wife is also living at his parents home? Then and only then would my answer be yes.

The morals of the parents don't change simply because of the chronological age of the child.
