He's 2 ans should be way past chewing things up but no matter what we do he still chews everything from pens to my bras. He has his own chew toys and rawhides and we discipline him. Help!

Set a 'trap' for him..Put a penny in an aluminum can, and turn the tab so it doesn't fall out..

Spread a few things that he can't resist (but should not chew) on the floor and act like you are ignoring him.
As soon as he picks something up, rattle the can..No need to say anything..If he doesn't drop it and turn to you, toss the can near him (don't hit him, tho)
When he turns to you, call him and give him an appropriate toy. A Kong toy works great for this..
a dog generally learns with 14 repetitions, so be patient..

As the answer above suggested, he may be needing more exercise and attention..Dogs develop obsessive behaviors when they don't get enough exercise..

He may be chewing because he's nervous. Disciplining him makes him more nervous.

Make sure he's getting plenty of exercise, then make sure while you're home if he tries to chew something bad you give him something ok to chew.
