Silly rabbit. You heard the words now just to know what they are. Take deep breaths in and out. hold 3 in counts in and 2 out. Hmm what does that mean? Relax and enjoy life. The only Beast out there is the one that made us. Read your bible and you will see. Who once sat at the right hand of God? Who was so wonderful that he thought himself equal to God. And WHY. meditation has nothing to do with the "mark of the beast." it can be just another way to pray or have nothing at all to do with religion. i don't really think there is a "mark of the beast" but if you want one maybe get a tattoo.
