I had allergic reaction on my face, and I put benadryl ointment but not on my lips, but my lips are also itchy, could I put ointment on my lips too or would it be too sensitive?

Very bad idea, ointment is for topical use only and putting it on your lips could lead to accidental ingestion. Take a benadryl orally and use some vaseline or good chapstick on your lips. The regular benadryl has always worked better for me than the ointment anyway, even on skin reactions like hives.

You could, however make sure that you clean the area very well and that you dont exceed the prospect information.
Try not to eat it either :)

btw, always use the google, benadryl website is 2 clicks away ;)
