On average about 6,350,000/cc. Normal Range would be 4,000,000 to 10,000,000/cc. Normally it's measure in thousands per microliter instead of per cc (milliliter) so you would see it reported on a lab report as 6.35 or 4.0 to 10.0.

It depends on the person. Everyone's immune system functions at a slightly different level, so the ammount of white blood cells vary.
