Quincy would be a good name for, say, a St Bernard (they are medic dogs and Quincy was a doctor). What breed is your dog? How does the AKC class him? Working, sport, herding, toy , etc. Find out and name him after someone in that field !

Quincy is a great name..espically if its a small to medium dog. If its a large dog I would maybe consider a more stong name, unless the large dog is just a cute thing!

How about Buddy, Prince, or anything that seems to fit the dog if you don't like Quincy.

Quincy sounds nice enough for me...
i love naming my dogs after greek, roman or egyptian Gods and Goddesses, and also star signs....
With Gods and Goddesses, it gives them character....

Yes, depends what kind of dog it is, if it's a small dog maybe cuddles or fluffy or prince/princess or if it's a big dog maybe rover or choccie (maybe call it choccie if it's a chocolate lab or a beagle) well that's all I can think of now
