I know 9's are easy to learn. Start by writing 0-9 going down on your paper, then 9-0 next to those. It should look like this

09
18
27
36
45
54
63
72
81
90

Also note that every set of numbers adds up to 9
54 = 5 +4 = 9 81 = 8 +1 = 9

If you multiply 9 x a number ... the beginning of the answer starts with the number below the multiplying number.. i.e. 9x6=54 9x4=36 etc.. hope this helps with 9s.

this is how I learned it:
keep on adding six, keep on adding six
6 x 1 = 6
( add 6)
6 x 2 = 12
see?
as it continues down the line, it just keeps on adding six.
i hope this helps =]

Practice and memorization. I had to learn them up to 12's when I was in school.
