Tara and Ugratara are the fierce forms of Mother..and it is not adviseable to worship her with beeja mantra without proper initiation...by an expert Tantrik.
Mother should be worshipped by you in more loving form of Durga, Lakshmi or Saraswati
ऊँ ऐं सरस्वतयै नम्
ऊँ दुं दुर्गाये नम्
Are good to be chanted for general good and moksha...these do not have any dangerous energy blasts as those of Tara, Ugratara, Bhairavi or Chhinnmastaka

Have you been initiate by a Sat Guru, if not do not even think of trying it out.
Your Guru knows what is your bij mantra, and he is the one to decide it for you.
