Bottom troubles?

My bottom gets very greasey and when i look at it with a hand-mirror it has pimples on it with green puss. What should i do?

Since you say the pus is green, You might have a fungus or bacterial infection which will require medical treatment. Please see a dermatologist for diagnosis and proper treatment.
