Scabies, they live just under the skin and basically walk around drinking your blood and pooping. The itching will be intense, you will not be able to not do it. It will need treatment with antibiotics,topical cream. I don't know about the traveling thing,except that scabies move all over,however,they tend to just stay between the elbow and the wrist. I'm sure there are others, mites are one.

Lack of blood flow can cause this, but as for a parasite there is the little chigger. (little red dot just under the skin.)

scabies- very common in children (but adults can get it) - causes by a small mite--
leaves "burrows"- treated with ELimite cream- go to MD for diagnosis

All the worms cause itching on skin.You should take antihelmenthic.

Bed bugs..aka scabies. If you look real close you might be able to see brownish/pinkish "track" marks from them. They itch real bad.
