4. Paradise is assured for one who dies as a martyr for Islam
5. One becomes a Muslim by confessing "There is no other god but
God; and Muhammad is the Prophet of God" (la ilaha ill'Allah,

CONCLUSION
1. This has not been an exhaustive comparison between Islam and
Christianity...
a. It has been a simple examination at some of the more notable
features of comparison
b. Undoubtedly, many other similarities and differences could be
noted
2. In considering such comparisons, one should note the following
caveat...
a. Islam contains many different sects; not all professing Muslims
might agree with some of the representations of Islamic beliefs
made in this comparison
b. In a similar vein, not all professing Christians may agree with
what has been offered as that which Christianity teaches
But perhaps this comparison can serve as a starting point in identifying
key issues for discussions between Muslims and Christians who seek to
better understand one another's faiths....

The Koran and The Bible for one.
Christianity = Salvation by GRACE
Islam = salvation through your deeds
Christianity = Jesus is the Son of God, sent to redeem the soul of man.
Islam = Jesus is a prophet like Muhammed
Christianity = Judge no man
Islam = Judge all men
The Koran came about when the prophet Muhammed was given a vision from God, much like the Book of Revelations and other accounts in the Bible. While some of the Bible is based on visions revealed to man by God, some of it is historical accounts of the life and times of people who did exist. The Koran does not take the Bible and add to it, as much as it does also allow that the Bible is a collection of books written as Devinne inspiration from God through his prophets. (As I understand the Muslim belief in the Christian Bible).
It is important to note that while Islam refers to God as Allah, we all worship the same One True God. It is not a separate Deity. We have many names and terms given in the Bible for God, but in the end it is all one in the same. This is true for Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Christians believe in the Bible, Islam in the Koran, the Koran has nothing at all to do with the Bible, Their prophet Muhammad spouted off some stupid crap to people and then died, years after he died a group of people got together and decided to write down what Muhammad said, and so it was a case of I think he said this and I think he might of said this, so they wrote a book that was a bunch of crap and sold it big time. Christians believe in the commandment Thou shalt not kill, Islam loves to kill.
There simply isn't enough space here to tell you all the differences.

The bible is a text in 2 parts (actually the originally had 39 books); the first part is the history of the people of Abraham, the second part is the teachings of Jesus.
The koran is a book that a whacked out nut job of a warmonger who conquered most of the middle east in the mid 6th century and lived a life of perversion made up. He needed a way to control his ignorant followers so he came up with a religion. He did steal a few ideas from the bible and the Torah but pretty much made up stuff to validate his murdering, raping and pillaging ways; what a man!

The Christian rule is love God with all your heart and soul and love your neighbor as yourself (all people). Islam says non believers should die by the sword. The Koran was invented by Muhammad (peace be upon him). It consists of Old testament stories and the life of Jesus and Muhammad. Only parts of the Jewish bible are in it. Christians and Moslems must love each other.

Prophet Muhammad never claim that He wrot qura'n. He instead said "He is a Humble serevent of Almighty God, God of Abraham, God Moses, God of Jesus (pbu all of them).
Prophet Muhammad also endorsed Taurah, Zaboor and Injeel as true Books revealed on Moses, David, and Jesus (pbu them all) respectively)
Qura'n is the Final revelation from Almighty God and Religion has been completed by this Final revalation.
No cotradiction between among Qura'n, Taurah, Zaboor, and Injeel.
We may find some common commandments in these Holy Books.
Qura'n says in 3:64
"Say, O' People of the book come to the common points, those are just between us and you"

I have been writing blogs on 360 about that. Superficially we have a lot of similarities, like we believe in the Bible ( Muslims think that the Bible has been corrupted though ) , we worship God of Abraham. They do not believe that Jesus was God.
Muhammed claimed that he is the prophet of God of the Bible, I am not buying it. He says that God gave the Koran.
Jesus lived healing and restoring life, totally sinless. Muhammed spent his last years in wars.

Prophet Muhammad can't read or write, no way he could read the Torah or the Bible, and no way he could come up with a Quran like this with such a unique language.
But if you still have doubt regarding Muhammad, then must know that God words collected in a book called Quran, and Muhammad words collected in a book called Hadith. if you compare the two u will find that it's not the same identity. there are alot of differences.

There is no difference in any Religion- They are the problem.
"When one person suffers from a delusion, its is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion it is called Religion".
A good book to read is Jean Dunn "Prior to Consciousness"
Find out who you really are! What were you before you were born? Go for it!!! Do something for the real YOU.
