Have you seen spirits/supernatural things that were harmful, or some that were really helpful to you?

Yes! It is there! why do so many disbelieve? I had ghosts in my house, I know many people who have had supernatural experiences.
My husband has a friend that he grew up with and when they were kids his friend at night would see this ghost and it would come, sit on top of him holding him down, and choking him. Happened quite a bit to him...though it stopped after awhile.
The ghosts in my house threw things down the stairs (small things, Pens, and lighters). They'd turn the TV and the Water on and off FULL BLAST!! They would knock on the furniture. The more scared I got the more stuff they would do...They just enjoyed teasing me I'm sure!
But it's all true!

I've never seen anything remotely supernatural, and believe me I have tried. I went ghost hunting with friends quite a bit in college and we never saw a thing. Due to a complete and utter lack of evidence, it is my opinion that the supernatural doesn't exist in any way or form.
