Ohms law states that the current flow in a conductor is directly proportional to the pottential difference between two points and inversly proportional to the electrical resistane under narmal temp and pressure.
I= V/R
V=I*R
R=V/I
It is clear that the electrical resistance is the ratio between Voltage & Current

I thought it was just the formula V=IR
Voltage across a resistor equals the Current through the resister in Amps times the Resistence in Ohms
it can be seen like a rock falling down a hill. the change is height can represent the Voltage and I the speed of a rock and R the Steepness. if there is a big change in height and the hill is really steep then it moves really fast. wheras if there is a big height but it isn't very steep then it falls slowly meaning high V high R low I.
