"this driver cannot be installed with the operating system of your computer"
that's the message that opens up each time I try to install DVD driver for a pansconic camcorder- I try a different method, but then it just says
"a setup error has occured"
"error type: cannot get drive"
"error code: 071"
help Please???

it depends on your operating system and the camera. If it's windows xp, it should read as soon as you plug your camera into your computer. USB is really slow however if that's what you meant. Fire Wire would be your best option. I have a JVC camcorder with Mini disc. I record it onto my computer through fire wire and can edit and burn movies. Otherwise, go to a computer store i.e. best buy, and tell them what your trying to do...

What version of windows do you have?? Its saying that the cd is not compatible for you operating system. They should have drivers provided for your on their website, tr to check that out!1!

Does your pc meet the minimum operating criteria as reported on the field, at the same time with the XP operating equipment? next, seem on your homestead windows gadget manager (My pc, houses, gadget manager), uninstall the digicam and attempt reinstalling it. be careful no longer to break the installation.
