That would be the ICU.

ICU= Intensive Care Unit.

Coma paitients are generally in Intensive care.. Many hospitals have several ICU's depending on the underlying issue for the coma So they would be in CICU if they were cardiac patients or NICU if it were a Neuro trauma etc..

Generally in the ICU, unless there is a special unit or wing just for certain cases, which may include that.
