I could say get a makeover and dress like a slut, but I'm not going to. That's never a good way for a guy to notice you.
If you want him to like you more than a friend, hang out with him more and show him more of YOU (not physically, as a person!) Show him that you care for him, but to push it a little over the edge maybe flirt with him a little more ;)

your question is to vague all guys are different no matter what girls say. depends on what the guy is like and his personality.
what works best on me is to be flirty once in awhile but not over the top and if you want him to know that you like him be kinda clingy and touch him on the arm or something when it isnt necessary just dont go over the top because then he might just think your annoying as hell
