It's hardly unusual for a man to want to go to sleep after sex. An orgasm, let alone the physical act of sex, takes a hell of a lot out of you. That's just biology. If he's doing all he can to make sex enjoyable for you before that orgasm of his, I don't see what the problem is. If he's not, then tell HIM, not a bunch of strangers on the internet, and work something out.
If aside from all that he does generally tend to sleep for an unusual amount of time (e.g. more than 8 hours in a row), then you might want to look at how many hours he works, how much he drinks, if he tends to pull all-nighters a lot and then tries to make up for them the next day, etc.

Hate to tell you this, but every person is different, especially considering health and age, and in males, it is a pretty common thing. This changes after time, and frankly, I don't think you should worry about it. I know it's important in a woman's mind to make their male counterparts do what they want, but after sex-you are going to fail. Just leave him alone, and it MIGHT be possible you are pestering him a bit too much....

Some boy put there everything into the sex act, and exhaust themselves completely, sometimes to the extent of a black-out, and sleep immediately. There is nothing wrong.

Be happy. If a guy falls asleep after sex he is real relaxed. That means he is comfortable with you. Besides, he has expended a lot of emotion, among other things, and is wore out.
