yeh those could be signs of pregnancy but also just signs of anxiety but signs of pregnancy are tiredness, nausea, morning sickness, soreness in breast, etc.

The symptoms I had was being tired and stomach cramps all the time regardless of how much sleep I had. I was restless and had lower back pains. Some women don't have missed periods They still have them and think they are actual periods. But some people are different.

from both of my pregnancies I have learned that there is one major tell tale sign. Its the only way to truly tell because all other symptoms such as breast tenderness and mood swings are also part of pre menstrual symptoms. The best way to tell is that you will get odd cramping around the side of your stomach usually to the left. That is where the egg implants in your uterus and you can always feel it. it lasts for about 2 days off and on. Also you will feel somewhat more fragile such as slightly weaker and dizzy. I hope this helps you and good luck if you are.

some signs of pregnant aside from missed period are:nausea and vomiting (especially morning sickness),tenderness of breasts, swelling of fingers (hand and feet fingers),excessive urination and start to feel likes and dislikes of foods/smells anything..Actually,not all pregnant women feels the same thing but this are normal signs and symtoms when a woman is preggy.

tenderness of the breasts, tiredness, morning sickness, sometimes you feel like cramping on one or both sides of your stomach and that is your uterus stretching.
