Ok, My older Brothers' best friend has had a crush on me for a year and a half and i didn't know about it because he is really shy. Well, i found out last night from my brother and a few of their mutual friends. Can someone please tell me what to say to him. i mean he is a VERY hot surfer guy and i would date him, but i don't know how or what to say to him...HELP??!!

just give him more attention, like talk to him more (about anything), or hang out, and things like that. He would get the hint that you're attracted to him too.
Or ask your bro to set up a date lol

If he admits to a crush for that long and he has not acted on it, sounds like you will have to make the first move.
Ask him to join you on an activity you both enjoy, as friends. Then see what happens when you two are alone, if he accepts your invitation.
If he is someone you would like to date, make your move, or you may never know.
