My favorite sinful chocolate dessert,
Chocolate Creme Brulee
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 vanilla bean
4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon sugar
4 to 6 tablespoons cane sugar, for topping
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix the cream and vanilla bean together in a double boiler. Heat the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes and stir in the chocolate. Remove the vanilla bean.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Slowly pour the chocolate cream into the egg mix, continuously whisking. Place the bowl over simmering water until the cream mix thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 6 to 8 minutes. Pour into 4 (4-ounce) custard dishes. Place in a large baking pan and add enough water to come up halfway up the sides of the cups. Bake until the custard is set, about 1 hour. Remove from the water and cool. Cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top of each one and with a brulee torch, caramelize the top and serve.
Really is easy

My absolute favorite sinful chocolate dish that's super easy to make at home is the Choco-Hoto-Pot (from Nigella Lawson).
My own variation: I like mine really dark so I just replace the white chocolate with more bittersweet dark chocolate. Also, if you don't have ramekins, you can just put all of the batter in a baking pan. Works just as well.

Choco-Hoto-Pot
Butter for ramekins
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
2 large eggs
3/4 cup superfine sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Place baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400°. Butter four 2/3-cup ramekins and set aside.
Using a microwave oven or double boiler, melt together the semisweet chocolate and the butter. Set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour. Add cooled chocolate mixture, and mix until blended. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Divide mixture evenly among ramekins and place on baking sheet. Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Place each ramekin on a small plate with a teaspoon and serve, reminding children that ramekins and chocolate are hot.

Don't know about rocky road squares but this recipe for flourless chocolate cake is sure to please any chocolate lover. It makes two 9 inch cakes. You can of course halve the recipe but I wouldn't recommend it as the cake is REALLY good and it keeps for a few weeks in the fridge and also freezes exceptionally well
26oz semi sweet choc
1 1/4c water
11oz sugar
1lb 2oz butter
12 eggs
6oz sugar
preheat oven to 350 F or if using convection setting 325 F
brush melted butter on sides and bottom of pans, line bottom with
baking paper brush with butter again (the baking paper makes it 100x
easier to get out of the pan)
boil water and 12oz sugar
remove from heat add choc. stir until completely melted
add butter in chunks, stir til melted, set aside at room temp
whip eggs with 6 oz sugar at high speed about 3 minutes until light
and fluffy but not to maximum volume like a sponge cake.
fold choc mixture into eggs
put in pans.
bake approx 40 min or until top feels firm (the underneath will jiggle and look like it's not fully cooked but that's just because of the large amount of melted choc) Refrigerate at least 2 hours preferably overnight.
unmold the cakes by moving over stove burner until the cake moves
freely inside of pan. Invert onto plate and remove baking paper.
