How to build self confidence?

Before you go to bed every night look yourself in eyes in the mirror and say, out loud, one thing you like about yourself. it can be a physical feature like "I have beautiful eyes" it can be a personality trait like "I'm very kind to others" or it can be an accomplishment like "I got an A on that math test I thought I would fail" anything you're particularly proud of. repeat it out loud until you fall asleep. Every night say something different and every night it will get easy to think of what to say.
I have very low self confidence too and a friend told me to do that. It works like a charm! Don't whisper it. Say like your talking with a friend across the table, and say it because you mean it.

keep telling yourself that you have self confidence.
try putting yourself in the soes of someone who is confident and act like them. you will soon build it.
or pretend you are in a dream and that you have self confidence and use it in real life.

Love yourself more than anything else, but dont be obvious about it like a stuck up bi#ch, just treat yourself great, pretend u have confidence if u dont and it will soon be natural
