Well... in principle, God is said to be the primary cause of everything. It's like a spark. God ignited the first spark, and let it be. But in reality, we human beings also have to recognize that a lot of things that happens are also our own doing. Let us stop blaming God for the Hell we created.

Very good conclusion based upon your statement. I do totally agree that if your assumed position is that God did create everything, he did create hell for hell is something. I sure wish others could keep reasoning as simple as you did in this stated issue.
Based upon that point and point of view I do not see the question in clear view in your typed words. Thus I assume the question is in the fact that you did attempt to stir the waters for some narrow minded people who don't really read what is printed on the page. From that view I wonder if your question is not directed to the many who say in words they do study the bible but for some reason or another just don't seem to read the printed words.
I guess only you can answer that.
Now do have a good day and do smile for I see in some of the answers you did stir the water a little.

No he created the heavens and earth, the day and the night, and good, and man and woman, and water, and stars, and food to eat, and animals. But man is the one that did the sin, and did not follow the law of god, and it was the Angel Micheal that created hell, god gave you many changes, if not for Noah he would of destroyed all of mankind, but there he gave man another changes, then he gave man his only son to die for our sins, Man created sins, and death, and jealous, and guns, war, and all of that, and man created his own hell and the hell of others, god just gave man the place to live, and hoped that man would do good for the most part, not bad. That man created himself. So get things right, god created what he thought was good, and gave man the right to choose his own path, and that is what man has done, so please do not try to blame things on a man that gave you life in the first place for the bad that is in the world, cause man could not control himself, and God did not say that he was going to interfer with what you did, he could, then why should he, when each day there are mircles out there, and you do not see them, you want something more, and well why should he have to keep proving himself over and over to you. He should not have to do that .

Hell
Definition: The word “hell” is found in many Bible translations. In the same verses other translations read “the grave,” “the world of the dead,” and so forth. Other Bibles simply transliterate the original-language words that are sometimes rendered “hell”; that is, they express them with the letters of our alphabet but leave the words untranslated. What are those words? The Hebrew she’ohl′ and its Greek equivalent hai′des, which refer, not to an individual burial place, but to the common grave of dead mankind; also the Greek ge′en·na, which is used as a symbol of eternal destruction. However, both in Christendom and in many non-Christian religions it is taught that hell is a place inhabited by demons and where the wicked, after death, are punished (and some believe that this is with torment).

"Hell" is a misnomer of the word for mankind's common grave. The concept of "hell" a place of eternal torment came into play as a dogmatic Christian belief several hundred years after the death of Christ and continues to be taught in many mainstream churches of today.
God created all things good which would include the promise of life in paradise conditions to all those exercising faith in Him. Those who are not faithful to His Word and who do not wish to strive for everlasting life will die. Such a place of suffering never entered into His heart. The holy scriptures says, the dead are conscious of nothing at all and when a person dies they go to the grave.
The bible is written mainly in literal form but gives illustrations (parables) and symbolic meaning throughout.

Unless you have some formal education in theology the answer is not going to make much sense to you. Yes, hell was created by God. But it was God's love that motivated Him to create Hell. You see, Free Will was God's gift to us all. And those that choose to reject God's call to righteousness are, in effect, given what they have freely chosen.

God created everything into existence. When Lucifer and the angels rebelled, He cast them into the depts of hell. Hell is any place where God's grace is absent.

Revelation 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

The concept of a fiery place of torment such as 'hell' is not a Bible teaching and therefore,no God did not create it - it is a pagan teaching that has been fused in with apostate Christianity.
