MY friend hasn't had any sugar for a long while, but today on valentines day (the worst day ever) he had like 3 cokes, 2 gatorades, and a whole bunch of candy, he acted as if he went insane or if someone else was in his body, then after a while he got this major headace, one so bad to the point where they have to go nto complete darkness without any sound. He doesn't usually have any problems with sugar of caffine.

"too much" sugar all at once (when he didn't have any sugar for a long while) was a shock to his system. If he or his family has had a tendency toward diabetes then this could also be why he reacted like that. I would suggest he draink plain water to dilute the sugar and if the headache is prolonged or too much for him to take then have him call a doctor or possibly rush him to the hospital..

He consumed too much sugar and too much caffeine. If he has not been consuming very much sugar for a long while, his body could react to it. The headache he had was a migraine, either the sugar or the caffeine trigged it. He did not go insane, he was just running on a sugar and caffeine rush. He should watch how much sugar and caffeine he consume in the future.

Some people are more sensitive to high amounts of sugar.

And some people say it makes them crazy as a legal defense: see Dan White, Twinkie Defense.

little bit of the two. attempt to be in existence. If there's a severe count number and all you're able to do is smile then you is in basic terms no longer taken heavily. yet once you're severe whilst a chuffed experience has got here approximately, then human beings won't desire to be around you.

It's called a "sugar high". You should see it in a room of thirty toddlers at a birthday party.

Sugar is very refined, and unnatural. If he hasn't had it for a while, it can certainly have adverse effects.
