The king sized sheets will fit your queen, they just wont be snug. You'll have to tuck more material under the mattress.

The only thing I would be concerned with is the elastic bed spread.

You really shouldn't have any problems.

Yes, just tuck the extra fabric under your mattress. I use king size sheets and also king size comforters. My queen size bed is very high, so the king size comforters work well. However, if you a king size bedspread hang over on the sizes of the queen size bed, but it depends on how high your bed is. I hope this helps.

once you've your heart set on the sleigh mattress it truly is a danger to make it artwork. If the mattress has area rails you could installation the mattress round a wide-spread metallic finished length mattress body with that body helping your present bedding. It in all likelihood wouldnt seem too undesirable yet you would ultimately opt for to get queen bedding.

It will not actuall FIT but it will work. You will have to tuck more of the sheet under the mattress. It's sort of a pain. I do it to one of my quest rooms. However, the comforter/duvet actually fit better if it's a size bigger.

there are elastic holders that attach to the ends of sheets to hold them snugly on the mattress. i found them at the grocery store. your local bed and bath store should have some or even a big discount store. they work great.
top sheets and comforters fit okay. of course the pillowcases will fit but just be a little larger (if you changed your pillows.)
