hi. i am obsessed with Los Angeles, California. im getting a tattoo to pay tribute to my favorite city in the world, but i dont know what...i looked at thier official flag and dont really want any symbols from that, the state flower isnt very impressive, i dont know!! does anyone have any ideas for me? (no angel wings) THANKS!!

how about a sun...like in sunny california? I always hear people referring to CA as that when they are preparing to come visit here.

I would keep the muraling on the walls contained to one wall - it will shrink your room and be too busy if you were to mural all 4. Check out tattoo websites for pictures of traditional old-school tats and copy the ones you like onto one wall. If you are not a good artist, I recommend printing the ones you like and tracing the outline onto transparency paper (any Office supply store), find a projector (rent one from a local "rent-all" store) and project the images onto your wall. Then just draw and paint - EASY!! You may want to visit some local tattoo shops for additional insight into color schemes and ideas! Good luck and I like the idea!

Hey, im from L.A., but i dont have a tattoo. if i was a guy i would get some chest hairs tatooed on your chest! (or you could get the California Bear, those are cool)

do you like the Red Hot Chili Peppers? Anthony Kiedis totally worships L.A., you might want to get a few words from one of their songs, or just listen to a few and see if you get any ideas.

how about the hollywood hills with the sign on it and.... some palm trees and... i don't know. just type in los angeles and see what images you come up with. i guess it depends on how big you want the tattoo to be.

why don't you just get an LA. the lettering. ive seen that alot and actually incorporated that into a tattoo i wanted for my favorite place.
